Interalliance Incidents:

It has been an issue since starting the game and has only gotten worse with our move toward the King's Castle with our move to the Plains HQ, which brings us closer to usa and other alliances which can create headaches for us.

If you are unfairly attacked (see ABDUL RAHEM from usa), I recommend the following:
DO NOT RETALIATE. Even if you feel wronged by the attacker, and you attacking yourself would bring justice, you are only risking further escalation of the incident. Like in sports, the second person is usually the person penalized, which isn't fair, but is life.
Try to escape attack if you see it coming in advance. If you are attacked, it will generate an alliance log, which we can use against the attacker, but I trust your word and would prefer you saving your troops from injury.
Lady Kisa Sanura and others will work with the alliance at fault. Most likely, a demotion and discussion with the offending party of the opposing alliance will suffice. Yes, that won't bring back your troops, won't repair the damage suffered, but based on our current strength, our limited options, and the fact offenses may happen both ways for alliance, we must accept this as acceptable at the moment.

If you are unfairly attacking other NAP10 players:
Before attacking other players, PLEASE make sure they are not NAP10, not academies, and not alliances we have peace with.
I really do not want to hear excuses, like you were getting revenge from All Out, a recent attack against you, etc. If we are attacking NAP10 alliances, it doesn't matter who is at fault. We are ranked #8, so we are NAP10, but not in position to take matters in "our own hands" like BORG and other extremely strong players and alliances can.
Unless your actions are so egregious that it is obvious you were trying to create issues between peaceful alliances, you will not be banned from our alliance, but will be demoted to R2 and the issue will be discussed to avoid moving forward.

Summary:
We are a top 10 alliance, so clearly we have importance in this kingdom, but we are also much weaker than the alliances above us, so this creates a unique situation in that we are expected to follow NAP10 rules while we might get picked on ourselves (see recent outposts with SKY). We must show patience and restraint even when other alliances try to tear us apart, bring us down, or get us stressed due to their own violations. Creating our own violations is NOT the way to respond. Move your cities away from usa, because even if you are located in our own territory, being closer to them only incites them to violate rules, especially their members more on the fringe. Move to our bear traps, squeeze our cities together so we have strength in numbers, don't be isolated by yourself, gather from resources further from usa.
