Rankings Explained:

Our ranking structure looks like this now:
R1 low level players, inactive players, those waiting to be transferred to evQ (our academy).
R2 Players with power ratings between 3,000,000 and 9,999,999
R3 Players with power ratings above 10,000,000
R4 Players who have shown specialized skilled and have gained the trust, and shown the desire, to join the leadership team
R5 steers the ship, so to speak. Basically an R4 with select abilities not available to the R4 team. (This position may be rotated as needed)

From UNM nu:

R5: Allowed to make most changes, will share occasionally with selected R4s to make sure alliance is secured with leadership.

R4: Officers, allowed to make many changes, can perform most activities but may have specialization within alliance. Please ask them questions.

R3: Soldiers, 10 million plus power. If you feel you can add more to the alliance, ask to become R4 and it will be considered. In general, though, it doesn't really matter if R5, R4, or R3, as you are valuable to the alliance and can do most things to help. Minimum power: 10,000,000

R2: Citizens, 3 million to 10 million power. Once you have completed training from evQ Academy you will return to TSL alliance with this rank. Minimum power: 3,000,000

R1: evQ reps. New players to the TSL alliance, these players should go to evQ Academy for training then return when stronger. They will be notified of this information then removed from TSL alliance if they don't move to evQ in a timely manner.
