NAP10:
1- No recruitment from any alliance within NAP10
2- No one is allowed to attack anyone within NAP10 (castles and tiles)(tiles=troops on ground and resources)
3- It is strictly prohibited to attack banners and alliance headquarters Within NAP10
4-It is strictly forbidden for any alliance to block the road towards the facilities, and I must open the road to reach the sign if asked to do so by one of the NAP10 alliances.
5-Each alliance is allowed to own an academy or farm alliance, meaning a maximum of 10 alliances under the protection of the NAP10 organization. (needs to be in the description of both alliances)
6-We do all of this for SvS and to make the country prosper and become stronger

All Out (as of 12/5/2025):
1. scout first and no attack on burning cities
2. Allow only 1 attack on townhall within 3 levels of your townhall
3. troop resource tiles are free game unless within alliance territory
4. No attack on banners
5. only 1 retaliation per attack
6. You may ONLY rally together while defending against an attack that has teleported to your Hq/Hives approximate location
7. If the base, Castle, Townhall has zero troops within, you may not attack it.
8. shield up to opt out
9. resource tiles around our outpost are considered neutral; therefore, attacking permitted

Punishments (as of 12/17/2025):
Rule Breaking Will Lead to the Folowing Punishments:
1st offense = Warning and debuffed by King.
2nd offense = Retaliation (rally) by the offended alliance while debuffed! NO DEFENDING OR BUBBLING!
3rd offense = KICKED FROM TOP 10! PLAYER ID WILL BE RECORDED!
TOP 10 POWER PLAYERS ONLY 1 WARNING!

Don't forget academies under NAP10 subject to NAP10 rules also!
