cheeses: I went back, got more facts (I'm busy weekends so thanks for giving me summary Lady Kisa Sanura and others). I like cheeses, active, has good energy. But attacking son of BORG, in the process breaking NAP10 rules which were clearly stated by Lady Kisa Sanura, that was a pretty serious violation. It not only affected cheeses, forcing him to leave the alliance to let BORG stop attacking, but it affected people like AirBog losing many troops. This will not be tolerated. I believe in forgiveness, so when the time comes, if cheeses wanted back in, I would force him to apologize to everyone in the alliance and set as R1 for awhile. At the moment, I'm placing a ban for now, even if he wanted back. Kisa and others can add comments on this, but in the words of Spock, the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, and cheeses selifish revenge against BORG son seriously affected some of us here and all of us in general, because if AirBog quit playing this game (I love the energy he brings, please bring it to Bear Trap, hope that makes you feel better), I would be affected on a personal level and the alliance would lose a valuable member. So that's all I'll say on the cheeses / BORG situation for now, open to other thoughts.

Diplomacy: I get to see behind-the-scenes action a lot of you don't see, you should see the work Lady Kisa Sanura is putting into our relations with other alliances to help us moving forward. We have set up direct chat groups with all major alliances (except USA if I'm correct). There is a lot of things in motion at the top, from removing us from NAP10 to NAP6 to them trying to force us to merge with other alliances. Lady Kisa Sanura isn't giving into their requests. They say we are no threat, but we must be a threat if they are doing everything to try to make us break. The BORG and All Out sure didn't help matters. So I just want to make sure you all thank Kisa for her efforts, together we will move forward, this alliance could break at any moment, which is what the top dogs want, but let's not let them win, let's fight.

SKY did not rotate Level 1 Builder's Guild outpost. This happened once in the past, so it might be a one-off, but let's not turn this into a pattern, Lady Kisa Sanura will keep other alliances in line! After further discussion with SKY, 1egend and Berliner said it was last second decision, so we will give them benefit of the doubt, we still have good relations, but noting this for future reference.

ahmad attacking two EVL towns: This was a violation of NAP10 rules and more importantly our good relations with EVL. Looking at the log, it appears ahmad didn't target EVL specifically but attacked two towns along the way on this attacking path, probably due to either being unaware of our peace with EVL or just not paying attention. Regardless, ahmad, I'm demoting you to R2 after discussion with our council. I don't think your actions warrant immediate removal from the alliance, especially since EVL also sees this as fair punishment. I am more than happy to help you work your way back to R3. I consider this matter resolved, but feel free to send further feedback on chat if desired.

Level 1 Scholar's Tower:
Berliner confirmed it is TSL turn, Lady Kisa Sanura occupied while bear trap was going on. Pierriscus hurt her troops and kicked her out. TSL discussed with Berliner, he said we can still take it from Pierriscus. UNM nu and Lady Kisa Sanura reached out personally to Pierriscus, the summary is that Pierriscus did not just want to give us the outpost back, but that we would have to take the outpost from him, we would have to earn it. TSL ended up getting the outpost, but at the expense of Lady Kisa Sanura getting a lot of injured troops and headache.

I'm not going to get wordy. The outpost situation with SKY has deteriorated. Until further notice, I am going to operate under the assumption we don't share outposts, but if we want them, we need to teleport, rally organized attacks, and defend like crazy, expecting major troop injuries and even death.

We had to remove Carcinogenic from TSL (Disposable with SKY) from our alliance, the one he created. There was too much conflict on interest between TSL & SKY, between serious issues with the outposts, accusations of spying, and things I will keep to myself and not make public. I offered my continued friendship with Disposable, as he is the reason I am here, and of course future membership based on changes to alliances and situations in the future.

Needless to say, he didn't exactly take the news as well as I would have hoped. And I understand his viewpoint: This alliance was his creation, he entrusted me with A LOT, and for me to agree to remove him from his alliance, was one of the hardest decisions I've had to be a part of.
​
I'm a sports junkie, so I'll use a Tom Brady analogy. What if Tom Brady wanted to be quarterback of the Patriots and part-owner of the Bills (the rival of the Patriots)? EVEN if Tom Brady said he'd be the best quarterback he could be for the Patriots and the best co-owner of the Bills he could be, you don't think people in both organizations would have some issue with that?

I will continue to open my friendship to Disposable moving forward, similar to cheeses who is no longer with TSL. Unfortunately, as a high-ranking member of TSL, I have to be a part of difficult decisions, and this was one of them. Disposable chose to split his allegiance between TSL and SKY. I choose to remain fully with TSL, not just now, but indefinitely. Therefore, I will make decisions for the best of the alliance, even if that hurts my personal friendships.

Even if Lady Kisa Sanura did something I felt was against TSL, I would at least say something. Granted, she is the current R5, so I would be the one having to leave the alliance, lol! And of course, our relationship couldn't be better, but I'm just making a point, we work as a team, if anything threatens that, it will be addressed. The true friendships and teamwork will prevail.

Lady Kisa Sanura addressing SKY outpost situation:
I have been in negotiations with 1egend of SKY regarding the recent outpost drama. We have reached an agreement that helps us and avoids all-out war. It does come with some sacrifice as all compromise does. We are not going to be fighting over the outposts anymore. When any of them come up, I want you all to ignore them unless told otherwise.
In exchange for that, we are keeping the level 1 Scholar's Tower that we took today. That's good for us because it will help us catch up on our research without interruption. Right now, that is our weakest link. To make sure no more of his people are able to try and take it from us, 1egend has agreed to remove the banner they used to connect to it
I know this seems like we're giving away far more than we are getting, and it is, unfortunately. However, consider this. He who has the power holds the leverage in a negotiation. 1egend could have told us to bug off and taken all outposts away from us permanently, he chose not to because our offer was reasonable.

Ok, so everyone knows, yes there is now a NAP5 Agreement in place that consists of USA, DxJ, HOT, SKY, and SUN. The Sanctuaries and Fortresses with be split by them with Sanctuaries 5 & 11 open for all to fight over. Note that each alliance can only hold two at a time, and so they will only be in the fight for the other two if they allow their academies to hold one of the others. Fortresses will no longer be an option for us, as only the top 4 will get those (since there are only 4 available)
ASIDE FROM THAT, ALL OTHER NAP10 PROTECTIONS REMAIN
So outside of All Out, we will NOT be attacked by anyone above us in power, nor will we be attacking any of them. These rules with be enforced with the weight of the USA strength as promised by KingDonaldJTrump

Luciifer / Kinglord and evQ Academy:
Per her experience with evQ, we need to revisit this for now. I understand evQ is smaller, undergoing massive changes, such as moving their HQ toward us, etc. But based on Luciifer's bad experience with evQ, I wonder if we just keep players for now.
​
As a top 8 alliance, we really don't have room for extremely weak players to train them; that's the purpose of having an academy. But if they join evQ and have a terrible experience they won't even make it to our alliance.
​
For now, I'll suggest evQ to new members if they want to try that experience. Otherwise, weak players can stay here with the understanding if they are inactive for over 24 hours and under 3 million power, they can be cut at any moment.​

captainlord also came back from evQ and had a similar horrible experience. So we will keep players in-house with TSL except when necessary to clear space.

King's Castle / AirBog demotion to R3:
UNM nu was not awake for castle event, but based on feedback, this is my analysis:

Per NAP ISSUES chat: USA won a quick and decisive victory at the King's Castle. [EVL]Sammy Shayne lost 171564 troops to [DxJ]Chance24. [USA]Binfort lost 36888 troops to [DxJ]WILLIAM 75.

Per main TSL chat: lord178406343 was removed by Luciifer for attacking individual towns during castle event, which was the correct decision. Leomistic rallied against Turret II, resulting in 34893 injured troops from [USA]sheen. Leomistic rallied against Turret III. Leomistic held another rally against Turret III and AirBog held a rally against [usa]R B. Bear Trap 2 happened during castle event, which added to the communication and excitement. Leomistic held another rally against Turret III. Lady Kisa Sanura held a rally against Turret III, resulting in 73731 injured troops from [USA]Wolverine.

I was unable to find results for TSL inside the top 100, but Leomistic ranked 206 with 1360000 points! [USA]Wolverine was named king by [USA]KingDonaldJTrump. [USA]TrumpDynasty had the castle for 3:12:12 while [DxJ]Sart8kBatallion had the castle for 6:54.

Per unanimous vote among R4 and R5 members of TSL, it has been decided that AirBog will be demoted from R4 to R3. This is for the best of everyone at TSL. AirBog is excellent at bear trap and other events with TSL and even suggested himself that R3 might be good for him to focus on playing the game and fewer administrative tasks. There are language barriers in the game and some communication with AirBog gets difficult. Based on this, we love having AirBog at TSL as R3 and this should help the R4/R5 TSL council moving forward.
