Alliance Rules:

Mission Statement (have fun)
Prior Announcements (review for prior incidents)
Diplomacy (to review issues with other alliances)
Military Strategy (to review current campaigns)

Basic "3 Strike Rule" for violating rules at [sun]Rise:
1st violation: Warning and stern reminder
2nd violation: Demotion of 1 rank for a week
3rd violation: Indefinite removal from [sun]Rise

Current violations with reports (CLICK HERE for screenshot evidence):
Leomistic: 1st violation (12/26: NAP 10: Attacking unapproved fortress)
Neo: 1st violation (12/27: internal: Attacking unapproved outpost):
AirBog: 1st violation (12/27: internal: Alliance Etiquette Violations)
princess froggy: 1st violation (01/02: All Out: Attacking NAP10 town)
ahmad: 1st violation (01/05: Outpost: Attacking during usa rotation)
Kairo: 1st violation (01/17: RSS tile inside NAP during All Out)
yockeezy: 1st violation (01/17: RSS tile inside NAP during All Out)
1263646727 pup: 1st violation (01/20: Attacking SUN RSS)
ahmad: 2nd violation (02/13: All Out: Attacking NAP10 town)
Kairo: 2nd violation (02/13: Sanctuary: Ignored repeated messages to join rally for max rewards)

The "basic" rules above are a guideline: If you blatantly violate rules with no remorse trying to create problems for our alliance, we will remove you permanently from our alliance on your 1st violation. Rules violations include but are not limited to violating our Mission Statement (making the game not fun for others), NAP10 rules violations, making Diplomacy harder for Lady Kisa Sanura, going against our approved military strategies, not reading our chat, daily announcements, or anything that goes against what the alliance stands for and is trying to achieve.

Alliance Etiquette:

I wasn't going to add this content but it seems needed in our alliance. We have so many different kinds of people in our alliance, from different cultures, languages, backgrounds, you name it, so a quick discussion on how you are expected to act in our alliance might be good for everyone.

In general, I want you to be yourself. sun should be an alliance where you can share part of your life with us if you want, or just come and play and have fun! Say things (that aren't truly offensive), be yourself, unwind, be a part of a truly unique and incredible team at sun.

BUT, with that said, there are some mannerisms that need to be addressed. And I'll start with helping other players in the alliance. I think trying to help others, especially newer players or uneducated players, learn how to play the game better, that's a wonderful thing for the alliance as well as the individuals teaching and learning. I was a tutor for over 12 years so I completely get that from a personal perspective!

BUT, you must be respectful in the way you try to teach / help others. First of all, any abusive language, such as insulting players in the alliance who don't listen to your advice, might not result in a warning (although in certain cases it most definitely would warrant a violation per our Alliance Rules), but you will be talked to about your behavior.

While giving advice, posting guides, typing tips, etc, while all of that is appreciated in our chat, our members are not required to follow your advice. And unless people not following your advice results in serious problems to our members or the kingdom, then you must tolerate that. Some people are never going to be as good at bear trap as you are, or in terror rallies, or in certain events we play.

And we embrace that at sun. Our number one rule: Have fun. Period. If someone isn't using the best bear strategy in the world but enjoys playing bear trap, DO NOT CRITICIZE THEM. If someone hasn't fixed their auto join to your liking, kick them from your rally to help you succeed. You can politely ask them to fix it moving forward, but don't belittle others, especially newer players who might not have as strong of troops as you have.

Also, don't criticize the way others play, especially when they are successful! There have been times when rallies have been criticized even when successful. A helpful tip: If you have weaker / newer players in your rallies and succeed, you are helping those players advance quicker, which helps themselves and the whole alliance. Think about that!

I better not get too preachy, but let me know what should be added here (to web page) and I'll add specific things that need to be addressed. Go play Kingshot and HAVE FUN!
Leomistic (ID 180126378):
1st Violation Report:
12/26/2025

Issue Creating Violation: Attacking Fortress 1 with TSL specifically told DO NOT ATTACK.
Preventative Measures Taken: Several times in chat and Daily Notice specifically said DO NOT ATTACK FORTRESS.
Violation Details: In what were the early morning hours for acting R5s UNM nu, Lady Kisa Sanura, and kitty sanura1, no one was around to respond to Leomistic who wanted to attack Fortress. It had been previously stated DO NOT ATTACK FORTRESS as described above but Leomistic was not aware of this and therefore attacked Fortress 1.
Rebuttal: Leomistic did say there was not a label saying DO NOT ATTACK and Daily Notice is hard to read because it is skinny unless you click and read whole notice so Leomistic wanted DO NOT ATTACK FORTRESS as first item in Daily Notice.
Response: Our labels are limited but UNM nu agrees with Leomistic that a label would have helped. UNM nu agrees less with Leomistic with Daily Notice in that the whole notice should be read daily, no exceptions, especially for R4.
Result: This is a clear violation in that there was plenty of advanced notice (chat, Daily Notice). No change will be made to Daily Notice as all info should be read thoroughly by everyone, especially R4. Labels will be used in the future to help, but no guarantee as labels are limited (only 10 of them for ALL of our activities), so relying on labels is not an acceptable excuse.

Neo (ID 177701807):
1st Violation Report:
12/27/2025

Issue Creating Violation: Attacking Level 1 Harvest Altar (X768 Y138) despite Lady Kisa Sanura specifically telling everyone DO NOT ATTACK as she is working with usa leader CalM on agreement.
Preventative Measures Taken: Several times in chat and label specifically said Hell's Valley: DO NOT ATTACK (referring to outpost in chat).
Violation Details: On 12/26/2025, banners were placed by Fenris giving us contact with this outpost. This had been a goal of TSL to give us options with usa. Since Lady Kisa Sanura is so good as our Queen Diplomat, she was nearing an agreement with usa to share this outpost. As these talks were in the works, it was important for TSL to let usa have the outpost as a sign of goodwill. For most of the time the outpost was vulnerable, no attacks were made, until Neo attacked the outpost just before it got protection status.
Rebuttal: Neo did respond to myself and wins who requested Neo recalled his troops before actually attacking the outpost. "sorry, I just saw the message. I recall most of my troops."
Response: Unfortunately, the attack did occur per our Alliance Log, even resulting in a victory by Neo, which is actually really bad in terms of keeping good relations with usa. Luckily, [usa]PreciMel was able to keep the outpost in usa's possession to hopefully help Lady Kisa Sanura with continuing negotiations over this outpost with CalM and usa.
Result: This is a clear violation in that there was plenty of advanced notice (chat, label). TSL members must read labels and chat to avoid these violations. UNM nu gives Neo credit for trying to recall troops, apologizing, and showing remorse. Unfortunately, the consequences of attacking this outpost must be severe, as this could ruin negotations with usa and CalM over this outpost. UNM nu does not feel this should be escalated to a 2nd violation: The violation was severe, interfering with Lady Kisa Sanura negotiating with an ally alliance is serious, but it was an honest mistake and UNM nu believes a deal should still be made between TSL and usa over this outpost for the good of both alliances, avoiding any future conflict between the two alliances.

AirBog (ID 180274128):
1st Violation Report:
12/27/2025

Issue Creating Violation: Violations of Alliance Etiquette.
Preventative Measures Taken: Clearly posting Alliance Etiquette.
Violation Details: Various violations, but specifically inappropriate etiquette to a leader of the alliance, constant complaining, interrupting during bear trap.
Rebuttal: TBD.
Response: kitty sanura1: Recommended demotion for a week for continuous argument with a high ranking official and behaving unbecoming. Lady Kisa Sanura: Various complaints (send me specifics if you want them added here). UNM nu: Rule number one at TSL is having fun. AirBog has said some things that reduce the fun at TSL.
Result: First violation with additional punishment of demotion from R3 to R2. This behavior has to stop. UNM nu will reiterate the importance of Alliance Etiquette. EVEN IF AirBog was right in questioning leadership, the language used was inappropriate. BUT, AirBog was incorrect in that we aren't keeping him from getting 1st in contributions, we aren't working against him. Accusations against members of TSL have to stop or further violations will be issued.

princess froggy (ID 179176647):
1st Violation Report:
01/02/2026

Issue Creating Violation: Violating NAP10 Rules during All Out (retaliation against [usa]Edderd).
Preventative Measures Taken: Players know All Out rules AND not to retaliate, to let leadership handle unfair attacks from other alliances.
Violation Details: Summary from Lady Kisa Sanura is that Edderd had an illegal tile hit on princess froggy (12 hours before All Out, where Edderd thought the event had started). This attack would have been in retaliation but illegal as a heavy emphasis on not attacking any NAP10 towns is place with any NAP10 town attack being strictly prohibited.
Rebuttal: TBD.
Response: TBD.
Result: This is a clear violation in that there is evidence in our alliance log of princess froggy attacking the town / castle of Edderd. UNM nu clearly understands the frustration of getting attacked unfairly, losing troops or suffering injuries that take time to heal, and wanting to retaliate to "get even". However, it is very clearly made known in TSL that retaliation is not an acceptable form of response, as that hinders Lady Kisa Sanura's ability to perform diplomacy to resolve issues.

ahmad (ID 179454850):
1st Violation Report:
01/05/2026

Issue Creating Violation: Attacking outpost being transferred to usa.
Preventative Measures Taken: Outpost labeled clearly stating "DO NOT ATTACK", Lady Kisa Sanura also told ahmad to recall troops after being sent, with ahmad ignoring those requests.
Violation Details: Upon becoming available to attack, ahmad ignored labels and requests NOT to attack outpost. As troops were not recalled, an official apology was sent to usa and this report was created to emphasize the importance of following the outpost schedule, which is also at http://unm.nu.
Rebuttal: TBD.
Response: TBD.
Result: This is a clear violation in that it is known that this outpost is part of a usa rotation (we have other outposts we fight with SKY and one TSL keeps permanently as of this violation). UNM nu will take responsibility for not adding it to the daily notice, but there was a label and Lady Kisa Sanura reminding others NOT to attack outpost. These violations must be upheld as attacking an outpost specificially labeled DO NOT ATTACK creates diplomatic issues for Lady Kisa Sanura.

Issue Creating Violation: Robbed others of rewards at Sanctuary.
Preventative Measures Taken: Many repeated messages right before rally to share rewards.
Violation Details: A solo attack robbed many members of sun of rewards.
Rebuttal: TBD.
Response: Demotion to R3.
Result: Our second player to receive a 2nd warning. This one was uncalled for as Kisa and UNM nu made repeated messages right before Sanctuary opened up to do a rally to share rewards. As a 2nd violation, there was a demotion to R3.
