Final: Luckily, they didn't make any changes so we won the left and right lanes. I did screw up on the middle lane: For some reason, I mistyped their strongest player as that player was 1385, so kitty lost. But we went 5-0, won the group, congrats all!

My final words would be this: Match 1 we are on a roll so until we lose or see a totally different kind of opponent, let's keep doing the same general strategy. Match 2, lazarus1 pulled off a miracle win, that was bad planning on my part. Match 3, I underestimated their middle lane power. Match 4, we played the perfect match! Match 5, they could have beaten us simply moving their left lane players to the right lane. So we went 5-0, but UNM nu has material to use to learn and grow from, so bring on the next tier, Bronze II

Final: We went with our general match 1 strategy, it was actually close in all three lanes: They only had 12 players in the left lane, but they were all incredibly strong, with the tag-team duo of lazarus1 1325 and Leomistic 1368 taking out their DWARF 1436. Despite having all of our weaker players in the middle lane, we took them to their 11th player, who was strong at 1330. Right lane we outlasted them as their 1347 beat MasterG 1177 & HandmadeYeti 1180, but psychotic kitty took the lane. The left lane was extremely close, so next time we might want to beef it up a little, but as we have won our last four match 1s, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!​​​

However, things went our way, as we won the match AND ended up 3rd in the group. HUGE win for sun all!

Final words: Finishing 2-3 seems like a disappointment, but we had two superpowers in the group from kingdom #1269 who both had power similar to SUN in an extremely new kingdom, big time spenders. So getting 3rd is actually one of our most rewarding group finishes, thanks to 62 of you registering, so let's keep that up and have another great group next week!
